Hello out there in the vastness of isolationsphere. How are you doing? I hope you are finding lots of ideas to fight cabin fever and that you and yours are well. And if not know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, I would ask which hot beverage you wanted and offer you a cookie or two. We would sit down in the garden because in the more protected places it is warm enough to enjoy the outside.
If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, I would tell you this ending week started well for me: I was courageous enough to have my hair washed for the first time in ages and felt like a human being again. We probably could have done it earlier, but I am a little paranoid when it comes to my scars. I don't want them to get inflamed and give me trouble.
If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, you might or might not agree with me. But I would tell you that it doesn't matter now because I know its possible without problems.
If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, I would ask you if there is a place you wanted to visit after this pandemic is over. I would listen to your travel goals and then let you know I could imagine going to Mongolia. In fact, I did travel there virtually with my "Come Away With Me" post on Monday: "We Can Do It but What Day Is It Anyway? Come Away With Me & Beating Cancer Edition (6.4.2020). However, I do not fly any more because of the climate crisis so Mongolia will stay a virtual travel goal :-)
If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, we would talk a little about the latest news. Do you think news channels are too negative? I sometimes think they are and I was amazed when I heard about an Australian channel which does good news also:"We Can Do It… but What Day Is It Anyway? Good News Edition (7.4.2020)"

If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, I would steer the conversation to photography. I told you about a photo project I did many years ago: I took my favourite tea mug everywhere and took a picture of it. On Wednesday I shared some the photo's here: "West Runton With A Mug".
If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, I would ask if you'd like a refill and more cookies. You might agree, and we would sip a little without a word. Then I would ask which post you liked the most this week. I would let you know I enjoyed sharing free learning possibilities this week. Some of them on Thursday: "We Can Do It...but What Day Is It Anyway? (9.4.2020)"
If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, I would wonder if you'd realise it's Easter this weekend. I didn't and wrote a little about it here: We Can Do It...but What Day Is It Anyway (10.4.2020) and a day afterwards I reminded you that there is another crisis we need to deal with: "And Now To Something Different...#ClimateJusticeSaturday ~ 205 Ideas About What You Can Do To Avoid The Climate Crisis."

If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, I would let you know that besides blogging I have been binge-watching TV programs this week. Mainly "Escape To the Country" and "Wanted Down Under ... Where Are They Now". I like these programs because they teach me about the countries and counties hey are about, and I love to see houses. "Strange" you might think and then let me know what you were watching.
If we were having our favourite hot beverage together, I would yawn. No, no not because you are boring but because I am still somewhat exhausted from healing from my operation. So we would part and wish each other a good new week and that we stay healthy. Happy Easter Sunday to you all despite everything.
Please stay a little longer and discover music and good news on The Bee Writes... at Wordpress.
You are more into photography? Please find my photo posts for Wordless Wednesday on Bee Wordless... on Blogger. Thanks!
Just one more thing before you go: The hospital that is treating me for cancer is fundraising for a dedicated breast cancer unit which would allow same-day diagnosis and better premises for patients and staff.
Please, if you can spare a little money hop over to their Just Giving Page and give as little or much as you can. Or share the page on your social media. Your support means a lot to me! Thank you very much.
