Hello, out there, how are you today? I hope you are well and can stay safe. And if you feel lonely, remember you are in my prayers.
Has your life changed much since the spread of COVID-19? It hasn't particularly for us. We never went out to pubs or restaurants. We hardly visit family even though we'd love to. And I have started to get our groceries online from alternative sources last year. We try to have our larder full for years because we had times when money was scarce, so having something long-lasting to eat is helpful. And most of my friends are far away, so I am in contact with them via the internet anyway. And my husband can't work from home, so he has to go no matter what.
What has changed, though, is hand washing. We do much more of it. We also can't walk the dog as much. It's not only the dog who misses it. We watch more tv and the husband plants more vegetables, just in case. I would love to help but can't, yet, because of cancer.
I guess we are fortunate. On Twitter, someone called this pandemic " revenge of the introverts" lol. It might as well...
new virus spreading
revenge of the introverts
we all watch the sky
Have a lovely day, despite everything!
Please stay a little longer and discover music and good news on The Bee Writes... at Wordpress.
You are more into photography? Please find my photo posts for Wordless Wednesday on Bee Wordless... on Blogger. Thanks!
Just one more thing before you go: The hospital that is treating me for cancer is fundraising for a dedicated breast cancer unit which would allow same-day diagnosis and better premises for patients and staff.
Please, if you can spare a little money hop over to their Just Giving Page and give as little or much as you can. Or share the page on your social media. Your support means a lot to me! Thank you very much.
